TweetMyApps – Automatically Monitor And Tweet Your Computer Usage

TweetMyApps is a simple application for Windows that can automatically monitor all foreground applications that are running and then tweet the usage to any twitter account, thus showing your followers which applications you use most during the day.

Monitoring your computer usage

Application monitoring is based on "patterns" in order to identify uniquely each application (or web page).
All patterns are stored locally and are specific to the user, you can customize applications pattern as you wish.
New patterns can be downloaded automatically from TipTopTool website.

- Monitor foreground application
- Filter and group applications using patterns
- Patterns use title (wildcards) and/or filename and can apply to documents (MDI applications)
- Usage threshold before monitoring/tweeting an application or a group of applications
- Exclude applications from monitoring

Tweet your computer usage

- Remember (one per user) Twitter credentials

- Auto-update using ClickOnce
- Auto-update of application detection patterns

- Proxy compatibility (uses Internet Explorer default settings)
